審稿規則

中國法研究審稿規則

一、 為維持國立政治大學法學院出版「中國法研究」(以下稱「本刊」)之品質,全部來稿應依本規則審查。

二、 本刊設編審委員會,置主編一名、編審委員若干名;校外編審委員人數應占編審委員總數三分之二以上。本刊主編由法學院院長指派,校外編審委員之提名及任期經政大法學院院系務會議通過後,由主編聘任之,校內編審委員由各中心指派一名擔任。

三、 審查由編審委員商請相關領域教師行之,採雙向匿名方式審查。論著及研討會論文由教師二人審查,原則上其中一人須為政大法學院教師;其他著作由一人審查之。來稿與本刊性質不符者,編審委員得逕行提交編審委員會為退稿與否之決定。

四、 審查之前,在可能範圍內,由研究生就論文註解先行查核,並將查核結果一併送請審查人參考。

五、 審查人應就送審稿件為刊登、不予刊登、請參照修改、修改後再送審之建議。編審委員會應就審查人所提之建議為刊登或不予刊登之決定。

六、 稿件數量如超過該期篇幅容量,主編得依領域平衡及論文時效性等原則,決定刊登之稿件。

七、 來稿作者如有要求開具刊登證明,主編應俟審查程序完畢後,始得依實際進度開具刊登證明或同意刊登證明。

八、 本規則經院務會議審查通過後實施。

NCCU China Law Review 

Review Guidelines

1. In order to maintain the high quality of the NCCU China Law Review (the Review), published by National Chengchi University College of Law (the College), all manuscripts submitted shall be reviewed in accordance with the guidelines ascribed herein.

2. The editorial board shall consist of an Editor-in-Chief and several editors; at least two-thirds (2/3) of the editors shall not be faculty members of the College The Editor-in-Chief shall be appointed by the Dean of the College; each of the College's six centers shall assign a full-time faculty member to serve on the editorial board; the rest of the editors shall be appointed by the Editor-in-Chief with the advice and consent of the College's Faculty Meeting.

3. The editorial board shall invite qualified instructors with appropriate expertise to conduct anonymous reviews. Journal articles and conference papers shall be reviewed by two reviewers. In principle, for each manuscript one reviewer must be a faculty member from the College. Other submissions shall be reviewed by one reviewer. Manuscripts which are not in line with this Review's orientation shall be directly referred to the editorial board by the editors for a decision of refusal.

4. To the extent possible, all footnotes of a manuscript shall first be checked by a graduate student, and results shall be sent to the reviewers) together with the manuscript.

5. Reviewers should categorize a manuscript as "accepted for publication," "not suitable for publication," "accepted for publication only after revision," or "re-reviewed after revision". The editorial board should decide whether to publish a manuscript in terms of reviewers' comments.

6. If manuscripts accepted for publication exceed the page limit of an issue, the Editor-in-Chief shall, upon his discretion, make selections based on balance of fields and/or urgency.

7. Proof of publication or acceptance for publication, if requested, can be issued by the Editor-in-Chief accordingly, but only upon the satisfactory completion of the review process.

8. The guidelines herein take effect upon the ratification by the College's Faculty Meeting.
