| Personal description | Yutang Hsiao is an assistant professor of law at National Chengchi University. She specializes in intellectual property, law and technology, privacy law, and AI law. Yutang’s work has been published in Buffalo Law Review (SSCI), National Taiwan University Law Journal (TSSCI), Chengchi Law Review (TSSCI), and National Chung Cheng University Law Journal (TSSCI) etc. Yutang obtained her J.S.D. and J.S.M. from Stanford Law School, where she earned the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance and was co-president of the Stanford Program in Law and Society. She was also an editor for Stanford Technology Law Review. Yutang also received her LL.M. from Yale Law School, where she served as a submission editor for the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and was a resident fellow of the Information Society Project. Yutang holds a master’s degree in technology law from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and a bachelor’s degree in law from National Chengchi University. |
